Lately I have been enjoying time with friends from high school and even some new ones from college. Two of my college friends and I enjoyed watching the Kalona Days parade while catching up with each other. When I took my friend back up to her home in Cedar Falls Analise and I decided to walk around campus, this just got both of us excited to be back up there in the fall and maybe even next summer if I get into radiology school. Through these last couple days I have learned about myself that I enjoy getting to really know my friends and talking about the bigger things in life. I also know you need to have some good fun times also which is happening a lot since it's summer! The latest fun adventure was having a small bonfire in the fire pit of my backyard. We roasted marshmallows and made smores which I haven't done in such a long time. I am working on remembering these times instead of constantly looking forward to the future.
